Admins can manage recording policies across the organization, while consent capture helps notify participants and document consent before recording begins. Password-protected recaps provide an extra layer of access control for especially sensitive conversations.
Retention can be configured independently for recordings/transcripts and AI summaries. MNPI can be redacted from transcripts, summaries, and audio regardless of the retention window chosen. Every deletion and access event is logged to an exportable, SEC Rule 17a-4 and FINRA exam-ready audit trail via the Compliance Portal and Super Admin API.
