Your meeting knowledge, right inside Microsoft 365
Fellow.ai For Copilot is a plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot Cowork. Once connected, Copilot can search your past meetings, pull AI meeting summaries and full speaker-attributed transcripts, and track your action items, then combine that meeting context with what's in your inbox, Teams chats, and SharePoint files. Copilot can work from what was said in your meetings and what was written across Microsoft 365, all in one answer.
Because Fellow captures meetings across every platform, Copilot isn't limited to the meetings Microsoft records itself. Zoom calls, Google Meet sessions, in-person meetings, and botless recordings from Fellow's desktop app are all included, so Copilot works from the full picture.
Fellow was selected by Microsoft for the Copilot Cowork partnership program.
How it works
Find Fellow in Copilot Cowork or add it from the Microsoft Marketplace. There's no server URL to copy and no connector to build. The first time you call on Fellow, you sign in to your own Fellow account inside Cowork and approve the connection. After that, it's ready whenever you need it.
Each user connects as themselves, so Copilot only sees the meetings, notes, and channels you can already access in Fellow. There's no shared or admin-level account, which means no one can see more through Copilot than they could in Fellow. Access is read-only: Copilot can read your Fellow data but can't change anything in your workspace.
Turn meetings into finished work
Cowork creates Word documents, PowerPoint decks, and Excel sheets, so your meeting content can become a finished deliverable in one step. Ask Copilot to draft an account brief from your last five customer calls, build a leadership recap deck, or pull every mention of a topic into a spreadsheet, grounded in what was actually discussed.
What you can ask Copilot
Prepare account briefs: "Summarize every call we've had with Acme this quarter and draft a Word account brief with open risks and next steps."
Recap decisions for leadership: "Create a PowerPoint recapping the key decisions from last week's leadership meetings."
Track commitments: "What did I commit to in my 1:1s with Jordan this month, and what's still open?" "What action items do I still owe from this week's meetings?"
Prepare for upcoming meetings: "Before my 2pm with the Finance team, pull the last recap and any related emails so I know where we left off."
Cross-check meetings against written updates: "Compare what was agreed in the last three project syncs with the latest status email, and flag anything that doesn't match."
Spot patterns across customer conversations: "Pull every mention of onboarding issues from this month's customer meetings into an Excel table."
Share updates across teams: "Write a status update for the Marketing channel in Teams based on today's launch meeting recap."
