This page identifies the sub-processor, describes where they are located, and what services they provide to us.
Our business needs may change from time to time and Fellow will periodically update this page to provide notice of additions and removals to our list of sub-processors.
Fellow is committed to ensuring that all of its sub-processors have the appropriate legal and security safeguards in place to ensure that your data will remain protected to the highest standards. This includes a security review and signing all necessary agreements in order to ensure that they have supplementary measures in place, where applicable.
Cloud infrastructure
Communications
The following sub-processors provide communications services to Fellow, in order to enable us to communicate with our customers and prospects.
Analytics
The following sub-processors provide analytics related services to Fellow, which we use in order to discern usage patterns and make service adjustments as necessary.
AI-Related Service Providers (Optional)
The following sub-processors provide services specific to AI-related functionality within the Fellow platform. Workspace administrators can disable the AI functionality that relies on these sub-processors from Workspace Settings within the Fellow platform. These sub-processors cannot be individually enabled or disabled.
Customer data is not used to train AI models.
Marketing Website Providers
The following list of sub-processors provide advertising services to Fellow. We do not send any user data to these providers, but they do make use of tracking pixels that operate on Fellow’s website in order to fine-tune delivery of advertisements.
